These terms apply to all borewell drilling, survey, repair and pump installation services provided by Shiv Shakti Borewell, Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

All drilling work is quoted on a per-foot basis. The rate depends on bore diameter, expected strata and site accessibility, and is confirmed in writing (WhatsApp or printed estimate) before mobilisation.
Casing pipe, gravel packing, transport and pump material are billed separately at actuals unless the estimate states otherwise. Quotations remain valid for 15 days.

The client must provide a clear, level approach of roughly 10 x 10 metres for the rig and support vehicle, along with drilling water where required and an unobstructed drilling point.
The client is responsible for confirming ownership or drilling permission for the land, and for any statutory permission, groundwater approval or society NOC that applies.
We are not liable for damage to unmarked underground utilities such as cables, pipelines or septic lines. Please mark them before we begin.

Groundwater availability cannot be guaranteed. A survey improves the probability of striking water but is not a warranty of yield.
If a bore does not strike a usable yield, charges apply for the footage drilled at the agreed dry-bore rate. No casing or pump charges are levied on a dry bore beyond material already lowered at the client's instruction.

Payment is due on completion of drilling, based on the measured depth recorded in the presence of the client or their representative.
Material bills are issued for casing, pumps and accessories. Cheque, UPI and bank transfer are accepted; work is treated as complete only when payment is cleared.

Our workmanship on drilling and casing installation is covered for 30 days from completion against defects caused by our execution.
Pumps, motors, cables and panels carry only the manufacturer's warranty. Natural depletion of the aquifer, changes in the water table, or damage from third-party work is excluded.

Only authorised crew may enter the drilling zone while the rig is operating. Children, livestock and vehicles must be kept clear.
Completed bores are capped before we leave the site. Uncapped bores are a serious hazard; the client must keep the cap in place until a pump is installed.

Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the work invoiced for that site. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as crop loss, construction delay or business interruption.
Delays caused by weather, strata conditions, breakdowns, statutory restrictions or force majeure do not attract penalty.
